Riding The Toy Train in National Railway Museum Delhi

Have you ever been to the Railway museum in Delhi? It’s not that astonishing but it’s worth a visit. I’ve been there before but last Sunday, I was cruising the streets of Delhi in my look alike, wannabe cruise bike aimlessly like always so I decided to give it a visit. Surprisingly it was the same as my last visit, am glad at least something has been constant in this fast changing world. Over all it was a nice Sunday, something different from what I usually do every Sunday, getting hammered in a cheap Delhi Bar.

The Toy Train: Yeah I rode the train and it was fun. Totally worth the R.s 20.

Vintage engine on Display. I don't know a shit about trains but it was nice checking out those century old rail engines.

There is also an indoor museum where they have many exciting miniature trains, tracks and bridges on display but pictures are not allowed in the building.

I almost forgot this one. Don't even think about visiting the gift shop. It is the lamest gift shop of any museum i have ever been to. The stuffs are over priced plus they hardly have anything related to Railway except for those super expensive toy trains.

Location: Chanakyapuri, New Delhi
Timing: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Closed on Monday.
