Meanwhile Somewhere Far Away

Jerks running loose. Lunch sucks. Empty wallet. Chronic idiot manages to make a fool of himself, once again. IPod refusing to restore. Temperatures soar to record high. VIP treatment for politicians in Prison. Morning blackouts. Bars in Delhi getting more expensive. Delhi Nightclubs still high on Bollywood and Punjabi songs. Confused. Tired soul looking for a muse. World Tour put on hold. 5 year old Girl trapped in a bore well died. Waiting for my love. Cupid’s murdered.

Meanwhile somewhere far away, time stand still, refusing to change. When am there, none of the above matters. This is where I call home.

My Wannabe Photography Dream

I’ve always been a wannabe photographer but unfortunately I’ve never clicked a decent picture. I’ve done my share of research and reading on the Internet, I’ve never taken any professional course but am sure these are not the reason why? Am guessing I need a better camera. All I have is my IPhone camera and I have no intention to invest on a nice camera. So I am hopping I’ll find a Canon EOS Rebel T3i with 18-55mm IS II lens lying outside my door, but this is just a fantasy and even if it ever happens, I’ll sell it and buy a Pearl Demon Drive Eliminator or I’ll get hammered for a week in a bar in Delhi. Speaking of Delhi bars, why can’t anyone open a bar with live rock music every night with no Bollywood, Punjabi songs, pop, hip hop or whatever, just a simple live rock music bar in Delhi. We have Hard Rock CafĂ© but come on the prices are super expensive.
Now am going off track. Coming back to photography, here are some random pictures I’ve clicked last month. I did try my best.

Soft kitty, warm kitty, Little ball of fur. This pic remind me of that episode from Big Bang Theory

Something I am still trying to figure out???

An Afternoon at the National Zoological Park of Delhi

After all these years living in the nation capital, I have learnt that to beat Delhi 40 + summer temperature is, don’t stay inside! Yep, yep, am serious. I may sound like a wacko but it does work. Staying at home feels more like staying inside an oven but if you go out and face the sun, you don’t feel the heat that much. But make sure you apply tons of sunscreen and drink lots of liquid (non-alcoholic).
Since the summer started, I have been very busy, planning where to go every weekend. I have been to all the historic attractions in Delhi more than anyone here, in fact, I can move around the Red Fort and Qutab Minar blindfolded, I can exactly tell which couple will be where and what they will be doing inside Purana Qila and Lodi Gardens. I love visiting Purana Qila but after a recent incident, which involved a couple madly super horny in love and lots of squeezing and passionate caressing around certain parts of the body, I think am not mentally prepared to visit Purana Qila anytime soon.
Fortunately there still is one place that I love to visit time and time again. I just love visiting the National Zoological Park of Delhi. Here are some pictures of Delhi Zoo from a recent visit.

Can you see the empty plastic bottle in the lower right side. Some guys were trying to hit the lioness with that. The sad part was, even the zoo staffs were not stopping them.

The Ride

And Of-course the dinosaurs Section

Things you need to know:
  1. Lots of water but you don't have to carry it, You can buy it inside the zoo
  2. Sunscreen is a must unless you are going for the tandoori chicken look
  3. Some Stones or bricks to hit those people trying to hit the animals in the zoo with empty bottles
  4. Don’t try to high five with the monkeys
